Terms of service

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made via www.baliwood.eu.

By placing an order, the customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Products

Products are described as accurately as possible. As many products are handmade from natural materials (wood, stone, rattan, etc.), slight variations in color, grain, texture, or size may occur. These variations are not considered defects.

3. Prices

All prices are displayed in EUR and include VAT (where applicable).

Shipping costs are indicated during checkout before order confirmation.

Bali Wood reserves the right to change prices at any time. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of purchase.

4. Orders

An order is considered confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and the customer receives an order confirmation email.

Bali Wood reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases of:

• Payment issues

• Suspected fraud

• Stock errors

• Obvious pricing mistakes

5. Payment

Accepted payment methods:

• Credit/debit card

• Bank transfer

• Other payment providers listed at checkout

Payment must be completed before shipment.

6. Delivery

Delivery times are indicated per product and are estimates.

Bali Wood is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Courier services

• Customs procedures

• Force majeure events

The customer must inspect goods upon delivery and report visible damage within 48 hours with photographic evidence.

7. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, customers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without providing a reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify Bali Wood in writing (email is sufficient).

The product must:

• Be unused

• Be in original condition

• Be returned in original packaging

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective.

Refunds are processed within 14 days after receiving and inspecting the returned goods.

8. Exceptions to Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Custom-made or personalized products

• Items made to order

• Products damaged due to misuse

9. Warranty

All products are covered by the legal 2-year conformity guarantee under EU law.

The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear

• Damage caused by improper use

• Natural changes in wood (cracks, color changes due to humidity)

10. Limitation of Liability

Bali Wood shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or consequential damages arising from use of products.
