Returns

You may return eligible products within 14 days of receipt.

To initiate a return:

1. Email info@baliwood.eu with order number and reason.

2. Wait for return confirmation instructions.

3. Ship the item securely packaged.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless:

• The item is defective

• The wrong product was delivered

Condition of Returned Goods

Returned items must be:

• Unused

• Undamaged

• In original packaging

If returned goods show signs of use or damage beyond inspection, Bali Wood may deduct an amount reflecting diminished value.

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued using the original payment method within 14 days after receiving and approving the return.

Original shipping costs are refundable only if the entire order is returned.

Damaged or Defective Items

If the item arrives damaged:

• Notify within 48 hours

• Provide photos of packaging and product

• Keep original packaging

Bali Wood will offer:

• Replacement

• Repair

• Partial refund

• Full refund (if replacement unavailable)
